Jason spent 12 years working at Andersens, one of the largest accountancy and consulting firms in the world, in the corporate restructuring department.
He was involved in the formation of the Turnaround group and in the implementation of the “Distressed Company Consulting Guide”.
In this role, he assisted in turning around over 50 businesses.
He was responsible for running and selling businesses in insolvency. This gave him genuine hands on experience of the challenges that businesses face in turbulent times and the challenges this presents to their finance functions.
He rescued the majority of those businesses by selling them as a going concern. He lead the negotiation for the sale of countless companies.

Jason was integral in turning around a business that was losing over £50m per annum into one which was subject to two highly profitable sales.
In his role, as Associate Director of Risk and Compliance, he had to actively work with every part of the organisation. He was heavily involved in
- The Sales Department with their processes and sales scripts.
- The Commercial Team with the network deals and the customer offers.
- IT in developing and delivering critical projects.
- all operational changes.
- The Finance Department.
This has given him genuine experience of working with all elements of a business and of building an entire business function.
